The cost of biodiesel fuel is influenced by several factors. For example, the cost of the feedstock can vary (it tripled in one year). Other price fluctuations come from the catalyst, methanol, processing equipment, and the demand for the biodiesel itself. The cost to refine and distribute it must also be figured into the final cost.

I have not found a good source for ‘real time’ biodiesel prices (contact me if you have one!), but here is a link where you can find the contact numbers for biodiesel pumps in your area:
